Glass Fantasy Return PolicyProduct Guarantee: Due to public health concerns, the fact that these are sexually oriented items and of a fragile nature we do not offer a long-term guarantee, return, or exchange on any item(s) purchased for fear that they have been used sexually, improperly or damaged as a result of mishandling by the customer. We suggest you beware of shopping at a website that accepts returned Pyrex glass sex toys. Manufacturers don't have long term guarantee's on sex toys or accept returned merchandise that wasn't damaged in shipping to the retailer. By ordering from a retailer that accepts returns or offers a long term guarantee you could actually receive an adult toy that has been previously returned to the retailer. Returns/Cancellations: Any cancelled or returned orders that have been shipped are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, issued from the original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable. In the event that the order was shipped free of charge, the customer acknowledges and agrees at the time of the return to reimburse Glass Fantasy for the amount billed to Glass Fantasy for shipping the order to the customer. Any cancelled orders that have not been shipped are subject to a 5% transaction fee, issued from the original charged at the time of purchase. This fee is to cover credit card processing fees that we incur at the time of purchase and at the time of crediting funds back to the customers credit card. We are not responsible for refunding any import fees or tariffs incurred by the customer under any circumstance, it is the customer's responsibility to research and pay such expenses. Damaged Items: If your order was damaged in shipping YOU MUST Contact Us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement. Beyond 48 hours of delivery confirmation, all sales are final. Once an item is returned to us and stated damages are verified by our staff we will send a replacement. Replacements will be shipped via UPS Ground, customer may request expedited shipping at their expense. We do not cross ship any replacements, we must receive the item(s) in question and verify the condition before we ship a replacement. Place the damaged item(s) in the original packaging/shipping materials and contact us, we will issue an RMA number authorizing the replacement of any damaged item(s). We will not, under any circumstance, accept returned items missing an RMA number or any of the original packaging materials. Once we receive and verify that the item is in fact damaged we will gladly replace the damaged item. We reserve the right to refer you directly to the manufacturer for any production flaws or defects. We reserve the right to change or amend our return policy at any time without notice. |
