Available Shipping Options:
We offer USPS and UPS shipping options for you to choose from. Shipping prices for your purchase are calculated within our shopping cart at checkout.
Free shipping is only available to orders shipping to and address within the “lower 48” United States. The free shipping discount applies to a single one way shipment to the customer. The customer may be responsible for shipping charges if multiple shipments are requested. Packages will be shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail, whichever is the less expensive option.
Next Day Air and Priority Express Mail may not be available to all areas. Some addresses may take 2 days for delivery.
Neither UPS or USPS deliver on recognized holidays. If your estimated shipping arrival time lands on a holiday it will be delivered the next business day.
Our orders are packaged in plain brown boxes with no indication of what is inside the box. The return address will read Vanevan, Inc. and has no mention of our web site at all.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours with most orders being shipped same day. Estimated shipping times are stated by the shipping company, these are only estimates and not guaranteed by Glass Fantasy in any way. Delivery estimations are from the date of shipment, not the moment the order was placed. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking number when your order ships.
If you order an item or items that are listed as out of stock at the time of your purchase, your order will be held and shipped as soon as we have the item(s) in question back in stock and the order can be shipped complete. We are happy to ship it in multiple shipments but the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges. Failure to include the required information for your order type may result in a delay of shipment until the matter is resolved.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses:
All P.O. Boxes and Military addresses must select the Priority Mail shipping option. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
International shipments may be delayed due to customs, please allow extra time for delivery to compensate for possible customs delays. Our product breaks no federal law in the United States but it is the responsibility of the customer to know their local laws and the responsibilities of importing these products. The customer is also responsible for payment of any import fees, tariffs, taxes or any other form of charge for importing these products. We suggest that you investigate the possibility of any such fees prior to placing your order. The actual value of the contents will be stated on the customs declaration for insurance purposes and the contents will be described as “Glass Sculpture(s)”. If your customs officials hold a package, confiscate a package or destroy a package for any reason and it is not delivered to you or returned to Glass Fantasy your money will not be refunded. Make sure you know the laws of your country so an unfortunate instance such as this does not occur. We will insure packages but loss of items due to violation of local law is not the responsibility of Glass Fantasy and we will not become involved in any disputes relating to loss due to the violation of any laws. By placing an order with Glass Fantasy, you are taking all responsibilities and liabilities associated with the importation and legality of our product in your jurisdiction and release Glass Fantasy of any involvement with local law pertaining to our Pyrex glass sex toys.
We are not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping errors. If your package has been lost or delayed by the shipping company, contact us, we will then contact the appropriate shipping company and begin a trace on the package. Once we receive the result of the trace, which normally takes a few days, we will then contact you with the result and proceed from there. In addition we are not responsible in any way for packages being delayed due to bad weather conditions.
All of our shipments are shipped with delivery confirmation but we do not normally require a signature at the time of delivery. Orders over $250 will be shipped with signature confirmation to ensure proper delivery. Depending on your location (i.e. an apartment complex etc.) the shipping company may not leave the package if no one is home or may require a signature for delivery. In this event it is at the sole discretion of the shipping company and we will not make any special arrangements for individual shipments. We highly encourage our customers to have their packages sent to a location where they will be able to accept delivery and to track their shipment throughout the shipping process to avoid any potential problems or additional expense.
If the shipping company can not deliver a package for any reason where the customer is found to be at fault and it is returned to us, we will be happy to re-ship the package. The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charge to re-ship the package and any additional shipping charges that Glass Fantasy had incurred in the return shipment to us. We will also confirm your shipping information to help insure that the same error doesn’t happen a second time. We strongly encourage our customers to track their shipment throughout the shipping process to make sure they are available to accept delivery and avoid any undeliverable packages.
